ainslie+ainslie: Brand Film
2024

Challenge + Insight The recovery supplement brand ainslie+ainslie, founded by British sailor Ben Ainslie and sports reporter Georgie Ainslie, approached Rodeo to create a brand mood film that captured their tagline: “Designed for Athletes, Made for Everyone.”

Creative Approach + ExecutionOur goal was to emphasise how a day can begin productively at 6 a.m., following a good night’s sleep, reinforcing the message that recovery fuels readiness. The clock became a central visual theme, alongside close-ups of eyes, symbolizing the vital connection between restful sleep and waking up energised.

I collaborated closely with my creative director to produce and illustrate storyboards for both the main film and a series of social media shorts. We focused on a variety of shot styles to explore with the director of photography, ensuring we could visually communicate the brand’s core message.

On set, I played a hands-on role in the creative process, working closely with the client to ensure their vision was fully realised while staying true to our creative direction.
