Barista Maestro @ Costa Coffee (OCT β€˜21 - OCT β€˜22)
  • Shift leading in a fast-paced environment ensuring all team members are working together successfully.
  • Strategizing as a part of a team to assess the most efficient work environment for all team members on shift.
  • Successfully upholding brand-standard during periods of high volume. 
  • Completing end of day administrative duties such as the cash flow.

Barista @ Coffee X (JULY β€˜21 - OCT β€˜21)
  • Memorising over 30 menu items and creating custom drinks for 70 to 200 customers per shift.
  • Fulfilling customer orders, including hot and cold drinks, seasonal offerings and food available to purchase in store.
  • Providing friendly and upbeat customer service while remaining calm and maintaining a clean work environment during periods of high volume.
  • Skillfully pouring latte art and garnishing drinks correctly to ensure I uphold the company’s high standards.

Marshal and Party Host @ Quasar Elite Bromley (SEPT β€˜17- JULY β€˜21)
  • Providing an unforgetable game experience, combining imagination and play to form creative environments for play with the environment given to me.
  • Party Host, which includes making sure children are comfortable with the environment, serving food and drinks and also catering to the children’s and parents needs.
  • Assuring customers have a safe, comfortable in-game time including communication with the customers to make sure they have a memorable and unique experience.


 COMMUNITY EFFORTS 

Founder @ Art Hub  (JAN β€˜19 - FEB β€˜20) - Suspended due to COVID-19
  • Arts Club Co-Curator for ages 11-14 in an all-boys environment at the sixth form I was studying at.
  • Providing artistic experiences combining imagination and play to build interest in design in an all-boys environment and to change stigma around the gender identities surrounding art in this school.

Assistant Young-Teacher (JAN β€˜19 - FEB β€˜20)
  • Working closely with young people and teachers to curate lessons and spaces which were suited to both the curriculum but also the students, to better student engagement in art.

Temporary Teaching Assistant @ Grundschule Neukamperfehn (FEB β€˜19)
  • Work experience located in a small town just outside of Bremen, Germany. 
  • Working with young people speaking German to help understand their experiences within the German schooling system. 

Young Leader at the Scouts (OCT β€˜15 - SEPT β€˜19)
  • Assisting in hosting tasks which appeared practical and tactical, however sparked creativity for young people, using a range of materials that will be used in an outdoors environment. 
  • Learning to create a safe space for young people to be creative without barriers.

Assistant Leader at the Scouts (OCT β€˜19 - DEC β€˜21)
  • Using skills learnt from my Young Leader programme, I began to run my own workshops in collaboration with the other leader, who was of the same age of me. 
  • Bringing new young, fresh skills and ideas to scouting, which differ from the current narrative of older leaders, whilst still honouring the core values of scouting.
